General manager, account manager, founder and engineer of our proprietary custom mat drawing tool, AcroSketch, Russell is the engine that steers the ship at AcroMat. With AcroMat for over 15 years, he has dedicated his career to making custom anti-fatigue mats as easy and fast as standard matting.
Operations Manager
Blake Seed
Blake oversees all AcroMat business operations, including R&D, production, inventory, and the day-to-day. Always looking forward, Blake has kept AcroMat on the forefront of anti-fatigue mat design and quality, while making sure the company grows in lockstep with our clients' needs.
Finance and HR
Courtney Symington
Whether leading finance and HR, putting together quotes or custom mat designs, or answering customer questions, Courtney wears many critical hats here at AcroMat. She is the pioneer of our "Partnership Promise" and the first person on the other end of the line when you give AcroMat a call.

As assembly lead, Neil is a master anti-fatigue mat craftsmen. He operates with a 'first in, last out' mentality, from efficiency and quality to the way he leads the production of our custom anti-fatigue mats. Zach Kilmer
